New Delhi: AICC general secretary Priyanka Vadra on Friday criticised a member of the National Commission for Women (NCW) for her comments about the victim of the alleged gangrape case in Uttar Pradesh’s Budaun.
Responding to the NCW member wondering why the victim had gone out alone in the evening, Vadra asked whether women’s safety could be ensured with such outlook. “Will we be able to ensure women’s safety with this behaviour? “If the Pakistani film and drama industry presents quality local production, it will not only progress but also provide the youth with an alternative of substandard and glamourised content, which will be welcomed like that in the case of Ertugrul,” the premier said.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan, citing reports, said on Thursday that as compared to Pakistan’s exports, exports of India and Bangladesh showed negative growth in November and December, 2020.
Prime minister tweeted, “I have received the regional export trends and this shows that, compared to our exports, the exports of India and Bangladesh for Nov/Dec 2020 showed negative growth. I wish once again to congratulate the exporters and the Ministry of Commerce for this achievement”.
Statistics were also uploaded on his twitter account, which showed Pakistan’s exports in November and December last year were 8.32 percent and 18.30 percent, respectively, while those of India were -9.07 per cent and -0.80 per cent, whereas Bangladesh’s were 0.76 per cent and -6.11 per cent for the same period.
